"I think the US should implement a median pay system for government employees. That the state, or city or county they represent, they will only be paid as much as the average median salary of that region. Also a non compete clause, that after serving their time in office, they cannot work for a company that has directly benefited from the any changes or tax breaks or new laws for 5 years. As well as requiring more in depth transparent details of each government employees financial usage & background."
